FRANCHISE APPLICATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS (Including Registration Fee Details)

1. Eligibility Requirements

1. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of submitting the franchise application.
2. The applicant must be an Indian citizen. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) must have stayed in India for a minimum of 180 days, as per the applicable rules.
3. The applicant must possess a minimum educational qualification of matriculation (10th pass) or an equivalent certificate.
4. All information submitted in the application must be true, accurate, and verifiable.

2. Property & Location Requirements

1. The proposed franchise location must be in a prime commercial area with adequate visibility and parking space.
2. The property must be free from legal disputes and must not have any government objections, restrictions, or litigation.
3. Final approval of the site will be given only after inspection and verification by the company’s development team.

3. Franchise Registration Fee

1. A Franchise Registration Fee of ₹49,999 is required to initiate the application review and verification process.

   • Site evaluation & feasibility study

   • Preliminary compliance checks

4. The franchise registration fee is refundable, subject to the refund policy mentioned below.

5. Payment must be completed only through the official company payment link, provided by the Franchise Registration Team after application submission.

6. The fee does not guarantee franchise allotment; it only reserves your application for evaluation.

4. Investment Requirements

1. The applicant must be financially capable of investing the minimum capital required for the chosen franchise model after approval.
2. Minimum investment eligibility must be met at the time of verification; otherwise, the application may be rejected.
3. Investment amounts shared by the company are approximate estimates and subject to change after site survey.

5. Application Review & Approval

1. Submission of the application does not guarantee franchise approval.
2. The company reserves the right to select, reject, or hold applications based on internal criteria.
3. All decisions made by the company’s board and franchise development team shall be final and binding.
4. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of the application.

6. Refund Policy for Registration Fee (₹49,999)

1. If the applicant wishes to cancel the franchise application before site approval, the full amount of ₹49,999 will be refunded.
2. Refund will be processed within 02-3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund will be issued only to the same bank account used for the original payment.
4. No amount will be deducted, provided the cancellation is initiated following the official cancellation protocol.
5. Once the franchise agreement is executed, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.

7. Documentation Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Aadhar Card / PAN Card
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Property ownership documents or rental agreement (if applicable)
• Bank statement (last 6 months)
• Proof of financial capability (optional but recommended)

8. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

1. The franchisee must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies issued by the company.
2. Any misuse of brand name, logo, documentation, or confidential information will result in legal action.
3. All franchise operations shall follow applicable local, state, and national laws.

9. Confidentiality Clause

All information shared by the company, including business plans, financial models, operational guidelines, and agreement drafts, is strictly confidential.
Applicants are not permitted to disclose or share this information with any third party without written approval.

10. Declaration

By submitting the franchise application and paying the registration fee of ₹49,999, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to:

• The non-guaranteed nature of franchise allotment
• The company’s absolute discretion in approval or rejection
• Compliance with all franchise guidelines and legal requirements
